About
The Story
From a very early age, I always tried to see the beauty in everything. The term "Rose tinted glasses" was used once or twice in my life.

From being raised on a farm and some of our props made from up cycled items from the family farm, the name "Heritage Wedding Prop Hire" was founded. My heritage has always been something close to my heart. Unfortunately the family farm is no more a working farm, but the heritage of this is still being used to make couple's smile on there special day, like it did me growing up.
​
On creating my own Wedding, I realised the potential this may bring to others, creating beautiful objects has always been a great passion of mine and cannot wait to bring this in to your special day.
​
Heritage Wedding Prop Hire is a business to share my enthusiasm, knowledge and creativity with you all, in the hope I can make your special day as special as my own. I strive to create everything as magical as it ever can be.

How It Works

How We Work
We work on a Collection or Delivery Service. Collection & Returns are to be made from Walpole St Peter.

Collection : 1-2 days before your date, by appointment only.
​
Delivery : Will be made the morning of your date, unless discussed otherwise, collection will be made the morning after. For Audio Guest Books this will be delivered by courier and will arrive prior your date.
​
There is minimum order charge of £15.00. Delivery charges will be given on bookings made.
Booking Fees
Booking Fees - When you place your order with us, we will require a 50% booking fee or a minimum booking fee of £15.00 (whichever is greater) to secure your order which is Non- Refundable.
​
Booking Fees must be half within 5 days of placing your order, after this time your order will unfortunately not be held for you.
​
Damage Deposit - Damage deposit is 50% on orders of £20.00 or over. If your order is less than £20.00 the damage deposit will be £10.00.
​
Payments
Payment - Is either by bank transfer or cash in person. Any outstanding balances have to be paid 1 week in advance of your date, unless another prior agreement has been made.
​
On Collection/ Delivery of Hire Items - We will request proof of ID with proof of Address, you will also be asked to sign a disclaimer to say you have read our full terms and conditions and agree to them, this will be emailed to you.
​
On Collection/ Return of Hire Items - Items will be checked and any damage or loss will be deducted from your damage deposit, should the damage be greater than this amount, you will be asked to pay the extra amount.
